These terms apply to your use of jaidtransports.com and to ride requests made through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Not an emergency service

JAID Transports provides non-emergency medical transportation only. Do not use this website or our phone line to request emergency help. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Ride requests

• Submitting the Book a Ride form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A ride is confirmed only when our dispatch team confirms the time and price with you.
• Please give accurate pickup, destination and rider information. Drivers wait up to 10 minutes at pickup.
• Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a ride.

Facility clients

Organizations with service agreements are also bound by their agreement with JAID, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Portal accounts are for authorized staff only and must not be shared.

Rider conduct and safety

For everyone's safety, riders must wear seat belts and follow driver instructions. We may refuse or end a ride if a rider's behavior puts the driver, other riders or the public at risk.

Use of the website

Don't misuse the site, try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site belongs to JAID Transports.

Disclaimer and limits

The website is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, JAID is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pennsylvania law or our obligations as a licensed carrier.
